A beautiful lab created Alexandrite in a daisy bronze pendant.
Bronze naturally oxidizes and "tarnishes" just as sterling silver does, however it does this a little quicker than precious metals. This is easily fixed with a polishing cloth provided to you upon purchase.
Bronze may leave a green mark, this is not an allergic reaction, but a mere reaction with your skin ph levels. The same can happen with sterling silver.
Why lab gemstones? This helps with the firing process that I use to create the bronze pieces. Next to that natural Alexandrite is so extremely rare it is very very expensive and would not be realistic to use in a piece of bronze. Lab Alexandrite creates an affordable piece that still has many of the properties of natural alexandrite
